New owner (Apple Juice franchise) is trying to make fortune on the customer base acquired developed by Mr. Prakash over 3decades. But staff is just focusing on numbers rather than quality of service. Poor quality service and no time to understand what customers want. They are doing what is suitable for them.
Soon all existing customers will look for other options.
