★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst experience: As it is already mentioned by several people that, Servicing staff are not professional so you have to deal with that and compromise with your mental peace. I called them several times for help on three numbers but none received. Complained about issue in Honda2wheelers, they are in process. There is a person named as Vinesh Sharma who is a complete jerk. Others are okay.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Such a pathetic experience. I went for the first service on 24th April. The queue was long. Service center people said that we won't be able wash the scooty ( which should be done on every service). Another scam, they said that we will have to change the engine oil ( my meter reading was just 150KM). When I denied, they said that the warranty will be void if I don't change the engine oil. I asked since I have just drove 150KM and expected to drive another 300 km in next 5 months, I'll get it changed on 2nd service. But they denied. When I asked for such rules, they started talking rudely. I tried to complaint to service manager, he was a jerk and said, please don't waste my time. I am not going to show any such rule, but once your engine is seized, I'll show you the documents. Please avoid any this service station.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pathetic Sercive after my first service it seems like my new Activa 6G is 5-7 years old. Very bad washing and polishing. I do not recommend this personally. All the plastic black area becomes white dotted refer pics below.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Prakash Honda Service Center is nice as it take all the precautions due to covid. When you enter the gate their only your vehicle will be sanitize.
And after that you'll consult your vehicle then you can sit in customer chamber and easily see your vehicle.
The part i didn't like is that they don't keep all the parts of the vehicle. This second time I'm facing this issue they don't have basic parts .
Overall this is the fine service center of hona.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great service with great attitude. They deliver my vehicle before commited time. Happy with quality service. They have a nice spacious waiting area if you want to wait during service and can see the service process through the wide glass walls.
