They will show something else and pack something else for you.
Their Chandliers won’t work after you buy them and once you take it back to them they will refuse to take it back.
Sahil, the owner, is way too rude and very arrogant.

The owner's son is extremely unprofessional and rude. He doesn't believe in customer service and repeated customers. I had bought lights of costing around 40-50 k and wanted to exchange one light of 3k as it didn't fit my wall. He simply refused without any valid reasons although the same light was in the display.
My request the owner(his dad) requested him to exchange, but he refused to his dad too.
