★ ★ ★ ★ ★ SBI Prakash Society has a pathetic service. I just applied for the preparation of demand drafts. After 2 days, the whole staff kept me sending from one department to another....and at the end of an hour, they were able to locate the DDs in their bank and that too damaged.....
Then they again made me sit for half an hour and gave me newely printed DD.
It seems staff is just not interested in doing their work....They keep on transferring people from one person to another....No one's willing to take any responsibility for work
