★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Unprofessional & poor staff service. Because of misleading instructions of staff, I had to suffer at airport. Even after the tour, staff intentionally avoiding phone calls (not provided tour invoice & LTA purpose documents). They charged me for GST but not giving the invoice for same. Tried calling, emailing them many times but not receiving call & avoiding behaviour from staff. The hotel room which we asked & which we got were different too at one place.
