★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Started house construction project in November 2019, doesn't seems to be interested to complete the project even today (it's 2022).
"They are one of the most lethargic and unprofessional builders in Tumkur".
They will leave many unfinished works with substandard quality and for 2 to 3 years you have run behind them for completion.
Avoidable, unless if you want to construct house for 2 to 3 years instead of 8 to 10 months.
