1. Place is very very very peaceful.
2. Very near for people who work in tech parks of Outer ring road.
3. Place has cement roads. People use this for their daily walking, jogging, learn driving, etc
4. There's one beautiful lake very nearby.
Worst things:
1. This is not a gated society.
2. Layout Owner doesnt care about the layout anymore. He didn't provide many facilities he promised.
3. There are very few street lights they also switch off very often. During night, Many places remain in dark.
4.Road that connects this layout to ORR is horrible. Especially the mud road and that railway gate. Always expect traffic even in late night. If u own a car your lifes gonna be hell.
5.People here rely on tank water. U can expect a lot of water problem. Especially in summers.
6. There are no groceries stores and good hotels around. Because of the road condition and bellandur road railways station underpass, Sometime just to buy some vegetables, I have spent an hour in traffic.
7. View from your balcony looks very beautiful but won't even allow you to stand in balcony for 2mins.
Once upon a time this place was packed with greenery. Completely covered by nilgiri trees. Now there are no trees around. They have cut down all trees and the layout has completely lost its beauty.
