I have booked for one plot...due to some personal reasons I requested for cancellation it's been almost 2months they are not giving my advance back...and I am asking them regularly but very bad response now ... before booking they will roam around us but now they are behaving like they need to give thei money... very bad experience kindly avoid those sales executives who are worst... especially prakruti don't buy
