I had been called up for the interview -post of HR Recruiter , I'm carrying a good amount of experience and answered all their questions correctly - during the 30 mins of interview 3-4 people working there came in and interview me before the manager and finally i was assigned a task of like bringing in candidates as a sample for "Civil engineering post" , now this was something weird, however they mentioned the reason that the previous HR was not able to find candidates, since I had already left my job i took up the challenge and posted JD provided by them on various portals and was able to get the walk-ins, as per the discussion with the lady manager I guess I had completed my task, Along with that they had also asked me to bring in "Sales executives" - for which i requested them to get me a paid posting on which they didn't get it - when I called them to check on my status they want me to work for them freely put all my efforts to arrange candidates for interview's without even getting a job guarantee- in my 10 years of career experience, This is the worst thing which is happens to me - where I have given a senseless test to prove my abilities- there is still a long story to write -However I feel sorry for the candidates whom I had called for interview and before travelling half the bangalore you guys think first .. if you really want to waste your time and efforts
