β β β β β Company is OK but the employee like bm and trainer think they can do whatever they want, negative atmosphere here office mates fight to each other customer come for always close the policy. Totally polictis negative outlook no job security, targets like Mount Everest and training like mouse so hate this company and senior management is worst employee in my sight
Bm don't know how to drive the team please somebody teach him...

β β β β β Worst life insurance company. Very unprofessional staff. Applied for paid up at Jaipur branch. The branch head acknowledged it and ensure to paid up. No premium deducted for 6 months and then deducted whole at once today. Customer care representative said you requested for ECS stop but it rejected due to some ( she used technical term 'QBH'(not sure)). Then I said that branch should have informed this to us. But she said that this is the the duty of customer to contact us regarding request. Also there is provision in their policy that if the premium stop for 2 months continuously, policy will become paid up. Worst experience. Fraud company
