First of all the staff is so rude and unresponsive. It takes them more than 10 minutes to respond after you ask them for some help.
They even won't lift up their heads to actually listen to you.
It is one one of the most costly shops in the entire maninagar, if the products cost is 4000 they are very likely to quote you 5500 for it. Better to buy from amazon.
Spent my whole childhood getting gaming dvds from them, but now they are just exploiting customers.
In short they are not polite, bad service and product recommendations and costly.
It would make more sense to visit any shop in Vastrapur that cares for the customer.
