At present not sure what are the aminities that are provided, and how is the parking provisions. Generally I have seen that parking is an issue.

β β β β β Worst experience went to check the flat for purchase but the advisor sitting at office was too lazy to explain the breakup of pricing.
As per him we need to pay 4 lakhs over the purchase price and registration charges when I asked why this 4 lakhs are asked to pay he said we can provide the breakup of amount only when you will book the flat by payment 1 lakh rupee.
That day i visited around 8-10 construction sites but no one said this that breakup of pricing will be given only when you book the flat.
