★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sent academic samples for thermal conductivity tests, payment did through net banking. After few days got message from Pramukh lab there is a problem in instrument, we will refund your money. They refunded money, when asked for samples to return they are asking for huge amount as courier charge to return samples through courier for their mistake, now they are not responding. In the process I lost my samples, courier charge and time. Be careful while dealing with Pramukh lab.
