★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Owner is very friendly and caring. Once you live there you will feel as a family of pranal enclave. Any help if you want it will be provided by owner. Very smooth process for every aspects. If, you want to leave you security money will be returned without any delay and extra changes. If any time I would have to leave in jp nagar my first preference will be pranal enclave.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I’ve lived here for almost 8 years and highly recommend the property and a great place to live. It’s located in a great neighborhood. I haven’t really had any problems with maintenance. If I ever have any problems, the landlord immediately responds & takes care of it. Landlord is very professional, responsive and courteous. Best apartment I’ve ever lived in & I’m so glad I found this place.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is the longest we have stayed in any house, and this was only because of the owner. We felt like it's our house and not a rented one.
The owner make us feel like part of family and we are overwhelmed by their treatment.
We would have stayed life long with them if not moved to our own house.
Great great place and great owner to be with.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice place to live in Bangalore. The house is calm and secure. There are shops near by for essential items at a walkable distance. The house owner is a kind hearted person. He was courteous and supportive during difficult times. He spreads positive thoughts and good deeds. Especially, the Go Green initiatives taken by him is commendable. I will never forget my five years of stay in Bangalore at Pranal Enclave.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pranal enclave was my 3rd flat in bangalore and I haven’t seen any owner like Prabhakar sir who is very friendly , motivating , responsive and courteous. The house is very spacious and is located in calm area at JP nagar and everything is available nearby. We were feeling so safe here because of his hospitality.. His words were so motivating when I had faced some challenges in life.. It was so surprising for me when his kids distributed sweets to all tenants here for Diwali (I had never see such gesture from any of the landlords before)..
I have to leave pranal enclave now because of some unavoidable circumstances and it will be always my choice if I wanted to rent a flat again.. I will highly recommend this place if you are looking for a spacious safe place to stay in and around jp nagar ..
