★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Firstly... the position pinned on Google Maps is absolutely wrong.. It's not the exact location and it is 3 streets away. Next is.. I asked for Sony Camera battery ... Surprisingly they said we won't sell Sony batteries.. but rest of the shops told it is the only place we get original battery... Staff was horrible.. despite trying to find if battery was available or not, they are recommending outside dealers/shops where we won't get Sony branded battery.... This place is filled with bunch of unprofessional employees where we waste our time, money and patience.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very nice experience . Sony bravia 43 inch display damaged.. we enquired at TV showroom they suggested for new tv...but, we directly taken our damaged TV to service centre and they charged around 15k.now it's working.... Satisfied a lot... I think it may be useful to u guys

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very worst service.. They picked up home theatre power box for repair with advance. It's been almost an year and they returned it now that spares are not available. Went to service centre and called many times meanwhile but they didn't respond in a proper way. Sometimes they told that there was no box submitted to them n sometimes they wanted us to take the box n repair ourselves. Never seen such service anywhere.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Waste of calling them if they don't repair the why there r Sony service center if a device got damaged they should repair it but they r like if it is under warranty we will replace it?♂️

With slight delay the issue has been resolved.
