★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It seems like whenever I give my phone to repair in this shop it comes with a new complaint. I have a problem with my phone software 3 months back, I gave it to repair and a peer of mine picked it up for me and i found that the turning on button was damaged. I did not go to the shop then again as it is still working. Two days back the turning on button would not function anymore. I went to the same shop to get it repaired. My driver collected it for me and I see that the volume adjustment button is missing. When I call them and ask they deny and say that the button was missing from the beginning and when I ask why is it not written in the complaint when it is taken for repair they come up with more excuses. The people who talk on the phone first answered without even enquiring the technician who have repaired.
