I customized a new coat for a hefty 5.5k and surprisingly they delivered the product without any inside checks, there are multiple defects inside and stitching is third grade,as already mentioned. Please beware of such a fraudulent store in Behala which lowers the name of Prapti. Even the brooch they delivered along with the coat looks old and several stones are missing from it.
