★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The price was high...thats okay... But if we pay , don't we expect a good suiting quantity...they didn't even serve bare minimum...looking at the ambience you'd think this is a 3 star restaurant but the taste OK each dish was basic

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have been visiting this outlet regularly from a long time now, the taste of food, the atticates of the service staff are one of best in the city. The manager Mr. Trimbakeshwar Shukla and Mr.Khalek Miah who served my table are very professional and dedicated people with passion for what they do. It was very memorable experience visit here.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It’s lacking in cleanliness of plates and service. Prasad back in the days was wayyyy better, than the Prasad we are going in now. We ordered the Cheese Corn Ball, but it was stale. The cheese was so bad in taste. Also, the plates were not clean. Prasad was the only option for Good quality veg food, but after this experience it’s not. Also, the service was too slow. Giving this 3 stars because, Crispy and Veg Falguni were good in taste and for cleanliness of hotel and ambience. Also, there is a price hike on every item in menu. I guess they are trying to cover CoVid losses.

Location - Quite far from crowded areas and railway station. Located in the main road and easily accessible from the main road. Valet parking is available.
Ambience - It has a good occupancy outside under the roof and equally, it is good inside. They have first floor reserved as a banquet hall. But since, it is currently not in use due to restrictions, they have converted the hall into the dining area
Size - Since they have converted their banquet and into dining, there is abundance of space and can easily occupy atleast 50 families of 4 members each. They had arranged a table for 15 of us.
Menu -
Ordered plenty of things... Manchow soup and paneer lapeta as a starter, sizzler as a main course, virgin mojito as a drink....The only thing bothered me was their service. To get a glass of water, I had to sweat out.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Although the place is known for its quality food & service, I had a very bad experience. The ambience and all is quiet good bt when it came to food I was very disappointed. None of the dishes I ordered were up to the mark. The staff as well wasn't courteous enough. No hospitality at all. Would not recommend it.

Overall Dining experience was good and kitchen team need to focus more on the dishes literally they just tossed rice in green chutney & food was served.
