Overall bus condition is very poor. Bus is not comfortable at all and Purple should change these old outdated buses and replace with better buses

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We booked tickets from Nashik to Goa. On the day of travel, they informed that we will have to catch the bus from Pune. After lot of back and forths, they arrqnged a car for us till Pune. While returning from Goa, Purple gave us 10% discount for return booking. Again on the day of travel, they said there bus is stuck at Sangamner and we will have to travel by a Sai Rucha bus. We were helpless. The main part here is that Sai Rucha does not allow laptop charging, so work suffered. The route is Pune - Nagar - Shirdi - Nashik, which was not informed. We reached Pune at 6am in 5he morning. It is 1pm now and we still are 40 km away from Nashik! DO NOT TRUST THE DIRECT LONG ROUTE BUSES FROM NASHIK AND DO NOT TRAVEL BY PURPLE AND NEVER BY SAI RUCHA. They don't even have a courtesy to halt for bio breaks. Worst experience!

Buses are late if they come from Shirdi (towards Pune)
Call for bus timings before leaving home.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst service taken bus from Nashik to Mumbai bus name shree sai travels Shirdi to Mumbai Bus no 8008 Nashik Departure time 11:30 Pm bus arrived 00.10 am after that again went Dwaraka Nashik to pick up passenger depart from Dwarka 00.36 am.
Worst service.
