We have been told that after Kothrud there is only one stop... But bus was taking each n every stop to collect passenger.. God knows when will we reach destination... Because it took almost 1hour45 minutes to leave city...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Waiting time is too much! If you neglect that the overall experience is classy and smooth. Few changes i would like to suggest is:
1) There is a voice indication system for bus stops to call out the names of location, which is usually off idk for what Reasons they don't use it.
2) Movies are played rarely and are always old.
3) Waiting time is too much if you promote booking through internet frequently it will enhance the trip experience and travellers would reach their destination at minimal time. It takes around 5.30 hours from Pune to Andheri which should usually round up in 3.30 hours at max.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We booked ticket of Prasanna Purple bus from Pune to Andheri East, the Purple bus picked us from kothrud and after reaching chandani chowk the bus stopped and we were instructed to leave the bus as our arrangement was made in another local bus which was in a bad condition, this whole thing happen just because Purple was not able to afford 10 people to take to Mumbai...such a shameful thing, I would never ever travel again by this bus service.
Travellers be cautious before choosing journey in this bus, if they can transfer you in this pandemic situation, they really don't care for passengers health..
This was really a worst experience...
