★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Yesterday i booked ticket from eluru to bhubaneswar With cost of 2300 AC Sleeper.while booking ticket departure time 8:30PM but bus came at 11:20PM.and in Srikakulam they shifted all the passengers to Non Ac seater.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They will not follow the timings(my bus in Guntur at 10pm they came at 11 and after reach vijayawada they stopped it there more then 1hr)and if there are unreserved tickets in the bus they will make those seats to some passengers each sleeper beary for 2-3 persons and they will make so noises and of we ask driver they will till your destination will reach on time that one also not happened I've reached my destination 2 hours late worst ever journey experience I've faced don't book a ticket from this prasanna travels even the seats are not cleaned and ac isn't working.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst travels ever, while booking ticket the pick up option shows in guntur but in the last minute they call and ask us to board another bus till vijayawada and then shift to other bus there. No timing management. Lady travellers will suffer with such bad service.
