★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They don't return the whole amount of security money which is meant to be returned 100%. They deduct some"miscellaneous" charges apart from the charges for property loss which is the logic I didn't understand.

Bad quality of furniture, very less place for any person, bad internet and pathetic quality of food. and i seriously don't understand the basis on which they charge so much on their rentee.

Privileges include good food, cab for your office or college, WiFi, takeaway tiffin every morning, washing machine, geyser and everyday cleaning of rooms.
