★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have went to this hospital for kidney stone problem under Insurance ...my personal experience is bad. Worst service. Administration is worst, They look like uneducated and they don't know the procedure to explain it to the patient. They only care about money paid people. Even doctor also not ready to share proper information. Finally CEO came and asked about my company and insurance details . And he talked to me very cheap and rude behaviour. He also said if you want to leave this hospital you can and get treatment at somewhere else. And I have waited since morning to evening to get this message from hospital CEO.
Over all worst hospital in Vijayawada

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good hospitalization, Its is one of the best and trust worthy hospital.My father was admitted in Prashanth Hospital and under gone Hernia Surgery and now my Father is Happy .Nursing & Administration is Good. I applied for Insurance there is no Queries. Documents given by the Prashanth Hospital is Good with out any Disturbance .Hospital bills are in Medium Range Compared to other Urology Hospital. I will Recommend to Friends & Family Members for Urology & Kidney Problems.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I am suffering from back pain and i went another hospital they charged 8000 and said there were 2 stones in kidneys but i didnt believed beacause i have no symptoms of kidney stones and i came to prasanth hospital they charged just 800 for tests and Prasanth sir said just it was infection pain and gave one tablet my total pain relivied i am now very happy prasanth sir is very humble and well experienced.. they will not spent useless money for tests.. best hospital in total ap for kidneys and urology

He explained the problem is good. And Priyatham sir is responding very good.
And staff service is very cool ..
Totally we are happy with management..

My bad experience in only with staff and aayas aayas asking money for tea and staff(nurse sisters) very rude and they are intrested very in gossips with boys . This only my suggestion. Staff & aayaas please don't collapseDocters& hospital name.
