★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sorry to say that these people are just not customer friendly, especially the management. The employees are really good and they go above and beyond in terms of customer service. We wanted to purchase sarees in bulk (close to 1 lakh), but the management was just not ready to provide any discount, not even 1 or 2%. The manager in the shop didn't know what he was talking and I think it's detrimental to their business if they start loosing big time customers like us. Was disappointed by the response we got from the manager. Wasn't helpful at all.

Getting a parking place near the shop is an issue. Price is reasonable. Service is OK. Good place to visit for bulk shopping prior to marriage and other functions.
