★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice 2 bhk semi furnished flats in Kharadi with required amenities, quality material and good locality. Prasun staff members are also very supportive.
All basic amenities like public transport, hospitals, schools, colleges and markets are available nearby. Also IT and other business parks are close.

Cons -
1) New builder in the market this is the first project via prasun associates. Better to go with brand you will get high appreciation and do not face any challenges once you start living.
2) All wings have MHADA flats they promise only F wing have MHADA but visit RERA site before purchasing flat here.some wings have 4 MHADA flat (every floor one MHADA).
3) Room sizes are very small not recommended if your family has more then 2 members or growing family.
4) This is a 2.21 acres project with 6 wings. You will feel very congested once you will start living.
5) Sales staff are expert in dealing with clients in starting but at the time of deal they will behave like anything so be careful before investing money here.
6) Road connectivity very poor, it is inside from main road and the road which builder is promising to connect near reliance is not sanctioned.
7) Think before investing your hard earn money try to explore other projects same budget you will get better renowned builder project.
8) Channel partner will pressurize you to visit project and make false promises to give budget flat. Once you visit you do not have any other way to negotiate.so think before going with channel partner or broker.
At end I would say go with branded and renowned builder if you have same budget.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Not sure about all good reviews here, I didn't like the project due to these reasons-
1. Road connectivity very poor, it's inside from main road and the road which builder is promising to connect near reliance is not sanctioned.
2. Very less open space in the project with MADHA inside.
3. Room sizes very small and kitchen not space to stand 2 people properly.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It was very nice experience dealing with Prasun sarvam team.Value for money. Special thanks to Pooja,Nidhi and Deepali, Shikha Mam for the great experience and cooperation. Best location, best layout, good locality, Airport and railway station connectivity are very easy and nearest.All required hospitality are within 1km we can find. We believe that the all promise Will be fullfill by Developer. Hopefully it will go as is and not put us down.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If you are looking for a good 2bhk in Kharadi (not outer side) with possession by Dec-2022. Prasun Sarvam is a good project in the vicinity of Kharadi which is becoming one of the cream area or Pune east zone.
Flat's carpet area is not large but is enough for 2 member family with more preference given to actual usable area rather than wasting it.
They have given basis amenities which are essential rather than providing un-necessary amenities which eventually increases price of Flat. For example they have not included a swimming pool which is increases the maintenance cost.
Staff is friendly. Mr. Vishal was very helpful with the booking process.
I will recommend to book flat in this Project as construction speed is quite fast.
