The store is very premium and feels much superior as compared to other major ethnic wear stores in Jaipur. The prices are on the higher side though.

They gave me worst product. there was no quality of duppata. and duppata cutting was also not equal. They show belt in picture for dress. There was no belt when I got product.
Very bad experience

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very unprofessional behaviour by staff. I bought a dress and needed some finishing on it, they said they will give it in 30 mins but they didn't, i waited for another half an hour waiting for them to give me status of my dress but no answer.
Then i asked them to deliver my dress in an hour at my place , but they didn't do that too.. and asked for another 4-5hrs to do that.
If in the first place they had said they'll not be able to give the dress on time i might not have purchased it at all, but they wasted my whole day, my money, and most importantly my time by being unprofessional, impolite, and staff having huge behaviour issues.
NOT WORTHY IF YOU DON'T RESPECT CUSTOMER'S TIME.

Did major shopping for my wedding 4-5 months in advance from here but received the clothes only 20 days before the wedding, that too with horrible fittings. Now we can’t wear those clothes at wedding and they aren’t even cooperating in alterations. Add to this the courier time to and from Kolkata again again for alterations. Very bad management, DO NOT SHOP FROM HERE.

This review might sound like an commercial, but you got to visit this to believe the stuff they have.
A tad expensive, but don't regret that for they have exclusive collection.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This shop isn’t trust worthy. They showed one lehenga, took advance and delivered something which was inferior. The delivery was delayed as well. Just couple of days before wedding you do not have a choice but to take whatever they are giving you. They do not let you take the photo of the sample so you can argue but there is no recourse. This kind of service for luxury garments costing 1L+ is sheer robbery. Marriages are once in lifetime occasions, don’t spoil them by trusting this greedy business.
