I wish I could choose NO STAR option. Unethical and unprofessional Group of builders. They are money thirsty crooks.. They have hired people to write good reviews here.. I am one of their actual customers who knows the truth… They gave us a possession date of early 2019 and until last month (Jan 2022) the flat is just four walls and a main door. No windows, No plumbing, No electricity, no flooring - NOTHING. It is just bare bones. They have taken each penny of all payments, registration, possession amount + some additional Amount (which was never discussed or disclosed before) still not giving possession. Their staff or CRM department never receives your call and emails are just for namesake, this group never responds to any email/calls. You will keep running from here and there but nobody will care.. Ready to move flats will also take around 8-10months to get delivered.. I am one of the flat buyers and will myself not recommend you guys to purchase any flat from them. All positive reviews here are BS and paid, i bet.

Good society but facing multiple issues and delay in handover of the flat. Management doesn't pickup calls and they are unnecessarily adding a long list of costs/fees to be paid which was not mentioned earlier for the apartment handover.

I am a happy investor of Prateek Group, recently booked 3bhk apartment in Prateek Canary, sector-150, Noida. Prateek Canary is one of the best upcoming luxurious property of Delhi NCR after Prateek Edifice. Prateek Canary is Beautifully designed with modern amenities like huge golf facing apartments, Double deck Club house, Wall size windows, half football field, Mini theater, party deck and low density project only 664 units in 12.44 acers.

Very bad. Terms & conditions in agreement only for buyer, builder can change his obligations as & whenever he wants. Even after making full payment & even advance 2 years maintenance you will be made to run here & there for possession. Still struggling to get possession. As far as delayed penalty payment by builder, don't even think. You are treated badly for possession even after full payment including unjustified charges.

Been living for years in apartments, this is first where CAM, electricity, club and all are separate, and exorbitant. Estate manager is puppet. Basically they make you sign an agreement, and you are the only party honouring it. Agreement has no meaning for it bask any genuine Prateek Buyer.

Prateek Group is doing nothing other then making fool to the buyers... We booked 970 size 6 years ago .. the last payment goes 3 years ago ... but 1) Tower is still under construction ... 2) Builder is not allowing to resale the unit... where as in contract it is mentioned, buyer can sale it after 18 month of signing contract... 3) The cost to the buyer come for this size with registry around 48-49 L (for Pre launch bookings) but the for flats where the registry has done resale is going in 42-44 L 4) They are not ready to pay penalties by themselves and be ready to fight in court for your flats penalties and possession. 5) In every communication they extends the delivery dates for 5-6 months 6) They have worst customer care team and sale service....

I m Manoj Manjumdar and i have buy 3 BHK flat in Prateek Grand City. But they can't give me flat on time. Its staff behavior is pathetic like GUNDA . My experience with Prateek is very bad. Don't buy any flat from Prateek Group. They launched new project in Sec 150 Noida Canary. So don't any flat from that project also. If u buy any flat from Prateek then u will waste ur money and time.

Prateek group is one of the best real estate organization. The company provides great projects and their delivery time has been brilliant. I have recently booked Ready to move-in 2bhk apartment in Prateek Grand City, Siddharth Vihar, NH-24, Ghaziabad. Apart from best location and connectivity-only 20 minutes’ drive from C.P., I have found all the amenities like retail shops, double height entrance lobby, classical architecture, lush green kids ply area, luxurious club house along with one of the biggest swimming pool of NCR. β€œ
