I had a word with these crooks and got there contact details from Housing.com after seeing a listing. When asked on phone about the listing photos the guy said its the same flat. However when reached there office very smartly the agent said we just upload the photos to get attraction from client’s.
Was shown a flat at 2nd floor when asked about other flats was been told that right above 2nd floor you can get a terrace flat, which is ideally third floor.
On the day of shifting agent said its actually 4th floor.
And again lied upon electricity charges, werin agent said its a government charges that would be applicable however same is not the case.
Beware of this fake agent with fake listings and fake comments specially Prateek and Gaurav from there team.

Yes, I could nt take decesion. He did spend time to show. I will acknowledge.
But on March 28th, I unfortunately told him that I am cancelling my plans to rent. He ended up abusing me, and told me that he will also get me thrashed if I go to other dealers.
