★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The only security is for illegal entry e.g. the ringer of my video doorbell was damaged and left dangling from its cord. Rs.10/unit for electricity but for 24x7 an inverter is needed. Low quality plaster and wood. RWA doesn't mind illegal construction but has insane rules in place e.g if you want to shift then you have to send an email,... and the movers have to wait till 9am to enter the whatever.
