★ ★ ★ ★ ★ There are severe water crisis here in this area .. The corporation water supply is barely available and the residents have to source it each day at their own expense ... The builder shall boast of boring supply but ground water has dropped so sharply that it too shall dry up soon moreover the groundwater is extremely high in saline content and hard not even fit for bathing

The beauty of this property is that it is peaceful, you know as there are schools in nearby vicinity.Madhav Park is just a stride from here. When this house was bought there was total support and co-operation from Pratham Team which made the process hassel free.
We have very co-operative and supportive neighbour, all festivals are celebrated with energy and excitement in the premises. All I can say is an luxurious & elegant lifestyle at the best price.

And last but not the least their sales staff support for smooth booking procedure. OMG feeling too much positivism after booking. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.
