★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It's 1.15am .m awake .upstairs neighbors from hell... stomping, banging doors at night..after repeated complaint they say kids can't be controlled,we have to bear n adjust so on..being tenants a bad choice in prathampad... #prathampadsociety #evershinenagar #maladwest
And the earthquake begins at 6am....what a society of revengeful attitude..this is after we complained to the society..this person mentioned is in the committee himself.what a pity...
After the complaint revengeful attitude begins..he only keeps on throwing things, stomping bad until 2 am then again by 5 am as he was awake due to a major spark in some wire which could lead a fire.
Building is of poor quality in every aspect.
Unclean always.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pretty bad housing society if you intend to ever rent here. The neighbor's make lots of noise in the middle of night. Extremely uncouth neighbor's, especially the one's who live about your apartment. And when you try and reason with them, they just tell you to walk off as you are a tenant. Never look at renting in this building. Never seen worse neighbor's.
