★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sample flat is good as because it's a sample flat...major defaults are as follows: the big glass sliders which are installed for noice cancellation will not help much because it doesn't have threshold. Buildings like this must have threshold install for soundproofing. As you go up the quality of work has gone worse. They're building swimming pool on rooftop which is very dangerous for such kind of building because it's built on a hill...

It is at the junction of paud road and highway which makes area more polluted due to traffic. Can't imagine someone buying 1.5 cr flat at such place. There is hardly any open space around for other activities and due to that amenities are at the top of building.
