★ ★ ★ ★ ★ just so-so servcing center....not very good not very bad....gave them my new splendor for service n it was average....they take too much time to keep the bike with them for whole day morning to night....actual serice time is not even 45 minutes so why make customer wait unnecessarily....

This time I visited to get my insurance copy for bike which I lost and insurance still on.
I reached and they gave same importance as they give it to a new buyer. Happy.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Recently I have contacted hero about rusting to my xpulse so they ask me to visit here so I did but the service supervisor was so arrogant like he was in a revenge mood after knowing that I have contacted hero and he did all his best possible way to do that. I drop my xpulse at 9am and they give me 6pm out time for servicing so I request him to give atleast 30min earlier but he refused and give me 1hrs late at 7pm and I lost my meeting and another thing that on rusted they just throw paint without wire brushing and from last 3 service I always told them to tighten handle and same thing happen, this time also they didn't even touch handle and as alway I need to pay another nearby hero showroom and get tighten handle. The worst servicing supervisor. He did not cooperate in every single thing only because I contacted hero to solve my issue. Hero personnel tried all possible way to help me but they can't look in to very ground level and this people takes the advantage of that.

They r saying me çome on that day come on this day, dont buy hero or be ready to this frustration

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dear xpulse owners don't waste your money and time here, these guys are very unprofessional.
I gave them my xpulse on 6th for services and minor problems i think they didn't done anything and asked me to come tomorrow ? i mean why we bought this xpulse for weekend ride's right??
I didn't wanted to waste my weekend so asked them to clear everything by sat only, they promised that they'll pickup the bike from my office in morning but again no one called or came here till afternoon, then a person called and told me sir we don't have parts available at our showroom/workshop so no one responded after this.
Also i didn't even get a bill of my 3500/- they said there is audit going on well send you in another 2 days still not received.
And now a days whats I'm noticing is hero is only focusing on thier sales only why?? Bcz xpulse is popular now ?
This was my 10-12 service I've tried many workshop but this the problem they don't have xpulse team, parts etc only excuses.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Won't comment on the Sales part but being a regular customer since 2012 not at all happy with theit service.
They would always find / invent reasons not to deliver your bike in time and make you wait for days (sometime it's more then a week).
Won't bother to provide you any update untill you reach out or escalate.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If we give for service at here, they don't even wash the vehicle properly...
They replace good parts from our vehicle and fit old parts.
I had given for oil service here, they not washed the bike property, my speedometer got damaged which is working earlier, greasing also not done properly. I don't think they fill fresh engine oil also.
...
It's bad experience at here...
Go some where else to buy new bike/ services also
