★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is not authorised service centre of honda.due to lack of service Honda has retrieved their Authorization.beware they are fraud and misguide the customer to extract money.i have experienced this..was facing start issue with my Activa,they said cbl is faulty and will cost 2k even after servicing from same centre 1 month back.they provide no warranty on any of parts,kaha ka authorised dealer..people are fully fraud..when shown to different servicing shop,they said nothing is wrong only setting need to be done in bike which cost me 150 RS..I m sharing this as Pratik Honda APMC is not genuine service centre..always enquire 2-3 showrooms abut what's wrong and then only give ur bike in safe hands..I m surely going to raise complaint in consumer court..as these are false people.and need to trach them lesson...and taking cheating innocent people granted who don't know much about bike parts.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ not a authorized service center its fake using name of honda authorized service center. i wonder why honda not stopping them. they took my activa for first service for free as regular and charged with different things because by mistake i got there and they even not telling me that they are not authorized now. i recommend dont go ever even for paid service because their name already down for paid service too..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is the oldest service center for servicing of Honda bikes. They give some offers for servicing if you have done servicing there before. You can get your bike done in a day. The servicing is decent though.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ There is no option to give a 0 star otherwise I like to give them 0 star. Please dont take your vehicle for servicing at Pratik Auto. I baught a New Activa 3g and took for 1st servicing which is free as per the company policy. Only you need to pay the oil charges. On a 1st servicing they had charged me for about 1450/- which only includes oil chnage (3 oils) + labour charges and somthing service chnarge. When I asked them for why they charged me for 3 times of oil then they told me its 1st servicing and we need to fluch all machine with oil. That time I paid this amount. Same issue happen on 2nd servicing also they had charged me for 1100/- for false charges. After 3 - 4 months later this issue I discussed with my native place Honda showroom and they told me Pratik Auto cheated to you and taken extra money. They give me a customer care number and when I told this issue to customer care they told me please send the bill copies to them for further action. Unfortunatly that time I am not having the bill receipts with me. Then I went to Pratik auto and asked to give me duplicate bill copies and that time they give me receipt of anly 380/- and when I asked them you charged me 1450/- and the receipt is only 380/-. They told me its a only receipt which they send to the Honda company. It means they took almost 1100/- extra money.
Then I decided to do servicing once again at Pratik auto, before giving bike to them I had asked them for charges and they told me its only 400/- and I gave them a bike for servicing and when I collected bike they did nothing only applied some greece on breaks wire and stands and washed.
Even lots of people told me they not change the oil also.
Please be careful before going to pratik auto.
