★ ★ ★ ★ ★ All good when you do not have any complaints on the products. While construction of our ground floor 7 years ago, we purchased almost all construction materials and everything was smooth. Gopal, the proprietor sent cement, rods etc and we had to confirm the order just by paying the amount. Considering the same good experience for 1st floor construction we decided to purchase again from Pratik Steel. This time as well we received good materials till a time when we received 4-5 damaged cement packets. Cements had became hard because of getting exposed to air. When we complained about that, there was a simple answer that why didn't we check while taking. Now the question is when almost 90% of our construction is over and we have been receiving good materials without any check and just with a trust, what is the need of checking this time? And then the argument started on non a acceptance of the fault. We did not ask for any money back as it was only 4-5 packets. But atleast we were expecting some decent behavior which could have continued our purchase further. We stopped purchasing from Pratik Steel from then. My advice to customers not to purchase from any place where you don't get any respect. Atleast not from Pratik Steel
