★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst and pathetic are the only words I can think of to describe the service of this brand. They will show you a and send you z. If you even try to politely say I did not get what I ordered, the owner will say a and z are the same things, then will badmouth you and
Block you as the pathetic person is not having guts to listen to customer complaints.
They just loot your money and if you complain about the product, you will get to hear some nasty words from the owner who thinks herself to be from some other world.
Business Ethics - Negative, Behaviour- Too arrogant and rude.
Product- Extremely average, and you will not get what is advertised.
Owners Behaviour: Again saying, she thinks she is the only busy person in the world selling some sarees which every other seller sells at a lower cost. And she will try to make you feel that you are a jobless fellow trying to waste her time. Arrogant and a looser with zero business ethics!!
Rating: Gave 1 star as rotten tomatoes is not an option to choose here.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Finally posting a review after lot of bad experiences from this Company called Prativa..cannot believe the arrogance of the owner, acts as if we sellers are her slaves when we politely message her regarding the issue happened..to my surprise her own staff says this!! They will for sure push you to post a bad review...
My customer received a damaged Organza saree with a long tear on the zari borders..non of the staff attended the matter even after continously messaging each one of them for past 24 hours..I'm trying to attach the pics but unable to do that here..as per the rules we have sent an opening video and many pics of the parcel and still after that no response from any of them..one of the worst post purchase service you can find! I have seen Prativa Owner replied to below review that they cannot solve the issue based on ones feelings..if is the issue was real they would have attended..then what about my customers issue.??? which I have been continously messaging you with each and every pics and videos..I can send pics to anybody who wants to confirm clarity of this matter... Pathetic customer service...if you plans to buy from Prativa, be sure to tolerate the worst customer service as well.. giving 0 stars
