★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst Experience of Laptop repair in my whole life....My system was slow and lagging while playing games, media file, etc..etc...1st they told few repair options and quoted a price, will be taking 2-3 days.....But I got my laptop back after 1 week...and all the problems were still present....they told me so many things they did....blaahh...blaahh....blaahh........ along with all those..... now my keyboard was not working and got some new problems....and they charged me also.....i ddnt wanna give any stars...but it won`t allow me to post this if i dnt give minimum 1 star....Beware guyz....these guyz know nothg except to extort money....

Good customer service makes them more special and the quality of the service they provide is better than others so I would suggest Praveen infotech for servicing ur laptops and PC’s. Even u get good laptops both brand new and refurbished at lowest price.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have visited praveeninfotech by seeing it's review in Google but I got a very very bad experience. It's too costly compared to other service centres, no respect for customers very harsh behaviour with customers. I have given my only three months used new laptop for casual service they have charged 6000 I have paid but they have burnt inner parts and said this laptop is no more can be used. They said they will only buy that laptop for 2000, I paid for servicing only 6000 they will buy for 2000, i have lost my new laptop also and 6000 also. We lot of regret that why I have went to this service centre instead of any other service centres in entire bangalore I went to sp road I paid just 500 and my laptop is ready now. Plz don't go only by seeing fake ratings in Google like me. People who have great affection with there gadgets plz don't go for this service centre. We are not fools to loose both money and laptop.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had recently availed services from them. The guy who came to collect the laptop was so casual with his attitude and dint backup all the files. He just took copy of one file, when it was specifically told that all of them should be put in backup. He told he cant repair it onsite and have to take it to office to get it repaired. When they came back with the repaired laptop, not even one of my file was there in my laptop. They had not done proper back up and therefore my 2.5yrs of work went down the drain. I dont know how they can be so careless. After following up and yelling at them, they told that they will take it back and recover the data, which was a relief for me. But, even that dint work as all my data is corrupted and cant even open one file.
On asking them, the owner Mr. Shiva Kumar just tells that he not able to do anything about it and that he will refund the amount(which he did).
The most careless attitude i have seen in recent times, with staff who doesn't understand the requirement.
Totally disappointed with their service and overall attitude.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fantastic!! They repaired my Dell laptop which Regenerisis ( auth Dell Service center) said would cost me 18k + GST. They did it for 3k + GST !! They repaired on urgent basis another Dell laptop whose screen refused to work. Did it overnight. Very polite and efficient. They also have online presence called "repairpc". Guess it's equally good.
