this is my experience..
Pravin Tours & Travels Is one of the BAD & poor service.
Specially For Ganpati special bus services
No root is follow...No time table...Only taking money.
Then you have to decide what to do?
So I request to all please choose another option.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The worst ever travel agent I have seen yet. They are highly arrogant and ruthless and liar. The service quality is poor. The tour operators do not know how to face the situations and will start to misbehave with you. Upon asked about the delay of the bus, they started using dirty words like “MCBC” towards me.
Followings are some ruthless dialogues I heard from him
1.You have bought a seat not an entire bus
2.My bus do not fly, it runs on road
3.If you are getting let then go yourself and take my bus out of traffic.
4.You have booked a ticket to quarrel with me.
If you value yourself pride, do not travel with PRAVIN.
