★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I am using Prayag Broadband from beginning of Lockdown, doing our Wfh, No issue with VPN AND PING, they have realible speed, Good customer services, issue resolved within 1-2 hour with prompt response on call or whatsapp. Don't understand how they are getting bad review.

They installed overall equipments and started Internet same day. I have never seen any connectivity issue as my work involves 24*7 Internet connectivity. I am surprised to see their service and their after sales service is also very good. I will recommend them for everyone living in Naini area. Speeds are actually coming without any dip or disconnect. Speeds are proper and you can work seamlessly or browse or download without any disconnect,that is difficult to achieve so I can say "PB Pvt.Ltd " is good ISP in this area.
