★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I took 50mbps plan in sept 2020. They mentioned that u'll get 25mbps speed but every day I am facing issues. Their broadband doesn't work at all. Their network is available only for 1-2hr and the number given as complain number, no one pick call.
Waste of money, time & energy.

If you are an IT professional and opting for their broadband then be ready to inform your office that your internet will be down for few hours every other day. Not at all worth for money when compared to new vendors meeting their commitment at a lower cost in same locality in Mirzapur
Old Comment: Quality of the internet is much better after they upgraded their infrastructure last week.
Their service and customer support is best in the city.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Poor service .They have charged Rs16000 and promised that the service is best in mirzapur plan 500+gst speed only 2mbps. But they have the worst service .Not professional . Service is that much pathetic that connection fails in every alternate days and if you will call them for any complaint then they will not pick up the call before 10 am. other network new connection arround 6000.00 plan 500+gst speed 40mbps i don't recomend pryag broadband.
