★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A new railway station built in Kumbh Mela aria in daraganj.its manage huge crowd visiting The Kumbh Mela. This railway station is under construction but the way it's looks great. Station is neat and clean on the walls many beautiful painting of God . Waiting room is also good.there are 5 platforms.Easy wheelchair accessible.station with great facilities with parking lot.
Many important trains of Lucknow route has been shifted here. Some of Ganga Gomti, Lucknow intercity express, manwar Sangam, pryag jaounpur passenger etc

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No facilities whatsoever. Half feet waterlogging inside and 2 feets waterlogged just outside the railway station during regular Monsoon rains. Platforms are not covered, so you are bound to get dripping wet during rains.

It was 5 am station was Not very crowded.
I was surprised to see auto, motorcycle and bicycles comming to drop passengers on the platform itself.
It was something new.
I don't know is it allowed??

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Before Kumbh 2019 ...... This place was hardly known by the people. People didn't even know that there's any Prayag ghat station but after the renovation, it was constructed so well and became a terminal station known as 'Prayagraj Sangam'.
