We took treatment from Dr Dipanwita ma'am for my wife's pregnancy to after delivery. She is just excellent in a nut shell. Fantastic doctor & excellent behavior. Me & my wife are very much thankful to ma'am.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Prayas Fondation is a well maintained, organized and great placed for patient. I have visited here for treatment of my father's heap joint fracture and back pain issue of myself under Doctor Dipankar Sen. The detail review from my side:
1. His word of Dr. Dipankar Sen is like medicines.
2. Soft spoken, cooperative and helpful.
3. Obviously perfect treatment
4. All staffs are supportive in behavior and they handle the crowd of people with calm and well organized way.
5. Accurate time or schedule of appointment
6. Clean and hygienic place
7. Larger space for waiting room
8. Have other facilities like gynecologist, dietitian, aerobic exercise facilities.
9. Doctor also available in phone call for critical patient
10. Helps a lot for claim submission and Hospitalization.
Last but not the least I personally loved the place. To me it's a most trustable medical facility which is inline with modern technology and mindset...???

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went there after my father's hip joint operation . Firstly I received a warm welcome from the Prayas executives. They helped me a lot. Their heartiest behaviour made me tension free. The physiotherapist madam is also skillful. I met there two graceful ladies and one gentleman at the front desk, all are very helpful and they tried their best to solve my problems. The waiting room area is also very neat and clean. The organized system of Prayas foundation is simply mind-blowing. Lastly I must say no words are good enough to thank Dr Dipankar Sen, he can do miracles. I wish more fame for Prayas Foundation.
P.s. Though the foundation is doing excellent job but I have a suggestion, I think a ramp is needed there because physically challenged people might face problem at the entrance.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My second baby is born under consultation of Dr Dipanwita Sen. Throughout the journey of 9 months Mam gave patient hearing to my queries in every appointment and handled the case with expertise. She always explained things really well. I felt I was in safe hands.
Post c section, I had severe spinal headache. Unable to bear pain, I messaged Mam at 6 in the morning. She reverted back within 5 minutes and arranged for treatment immediately. Though she is extremely busy still patient is taken care of individually.
Before this pregnancy , I had a missed miscarriage which easalso handled by Mam without hassles. She gave me medicine instead of D&C and it happened smoothly. Really thankful to her.
Prayas foundation infrastructure is clean and staff very polite.
Earlier taking appointment was a little problematic but later on advance appointment was given to pregnant ladies which was really helpful.
If appointment can be done online, it would be more convenient.

The way she behaves with her patients and takes care of them is commendable. Being a high achiever yet so down to earth she is. Thank you so much mam for making my pregnancy journey so memorable and taking care of my delivery. I am so fortunate to have you as my doctor. You have brought the most precious gift for us.
The entire team of Prayas foundation is very nice and they are truly professional. The infrastructure provided is too good.

I'm a patient of Dr. Dipanwita Sen ma'am and feel so blessed to have her as my gynecologist because of her patient and humble attitude. Undoubtedly she's the best.
They have also provided all the amenities required for the patients and are available 24 x 7.
