Street flower shop is also there..
Better connectivity near by like metro.(preet Vihar ) hardly one minute from complex.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This community center is in very bad conditions, bad smell of gutter floats in air. There are so many eating outlets and still they are doing a great job. reason of footfalls is a big size parking space and food joints and panwalas are the main attraction here.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Could have been a nice thriving local market place and business centre - BUT the Car resale business has usurped 80% of the parking for their unsold cars. So the complex looks too stuffed 24 hours of the day - reducing footfall.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst construction, filthy building, corridors filled with tobacco spit. No place to park the car. The entire parking space is captured by the gonna. It would be so much better if the building is completely broken and given to a reputed builder who can construct a decent office building.
