★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went to get my coffee maker repaired since it was leaking. I had to wait for 20 minutes before my turn, but once they checked they took a look and did the repairs within 15 minutes and at a very nominal cost. T
It is the third building after the right turn opposite Balamuri Ganesha temple.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ unable to see updates on their orders. No option in the menu to login and see the status of their orders. After payment the customers do not get confirmation of their orders customers are through sms or mail. Must upgrade their website which should be user friendly

1. They Sanitise every electronic goods which comes for service
2.No hand written bills - They give printed bills only
3.Genuine parts replaced for worn out parts
4.Quick service - 30 mins they did service of mixi and they recommend replacement based on the condition of the parts.
5.Google does not give correct location - pls check
Overall good place to service your products!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst... I am using preethi mixie and grinder, was looking for bottom portion of mixie which got damaged.. Preethi service center in kammanahalli will never have spare parts. Body portion damages will make us to buy new mixie, since spare parts are very rare and extinct, even with it's own preethi service center. Worst.... Go for some other brand where after sales service is good and spare parts available in market and with their own service centre's.
