β β β β β Extremely poor service. All new staff is servicing who are not trained to the levels expected out of such a place. The drinks are served from another bar in the hotel which takes a long long time and in two cases served with a mosquito in the drink. I would avoid the place in the future considering the price we paid for the experience.

β β β β β I had a never before experience at PREGO The Westin, Gurugram.
The most gracious part of my visit is serving which is given by the very talented Miss Neetu . Her politeness and behaviour towards their customers are unpredictable.
All dishes were served well. Chef Narender Kohli, Vishal Soni, Diplo and all staff doing fantastic. Hope my next visit will come soon.

β β β β β Although the speed of service could have been better, I liked the food. I strongly recommend parmesan soup and Ravioli with Ricotta and spinach stuffing. Surely one of the best places for good Italian food in the city.

Food - Good
Staff - Very Polite
Ambience - Awesome, you can have an awesome view of the pool and fall.
Also, you can get the food customised as per your taste, just like I did for my 2 years old...

β β β β β The food and service was excellent as usual. However they had only 1 glass of the wine we liked and could not provide us with more. One of the staff was not wearing a mask and she was not as helpful as the others. The rest of staff including the chef were excellent

β β β β β It's one of the best Italian restaurants in NCR. They prepare authentic Italian cuisines. Pizzas are still being prepared by burning wood which gives them lovely Aroma. If you are Pizza fan then you must try.

β β β β β Being an enthusiast of the Italian cuisine, I could not leave the chance to dine at Prego. The ambience is beautiful, serene and comforting. Tried their cheesy garlic bread, wild mushroom soup followed by Risotto with wild mushrooms for main course and ending it up with a Tiramisu. The food is nice and freshly prepared except for a few chicken dishes that the colleagues highlighted seem to be pre-prepared and just warmed. Overall the food is good but expect the service to be a tad slow.
