★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A very nice place for electronics but if you don't have cash you are not respected...i wished to pay by Paytm a digital way of making payments..but the owner refused and in a crowded showroom shouted at the salesman pointing at me stating that only big payment shd be made thru digital gateway..walk in at your own risk

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The products they sell are really useful and good copies of originals but some sales person (especially the new girl) are really careless and they have no sense of talking to customers.1-2 sales person are really nice who guide you well but my recent experience with this new girl and the way she talked even when she was suggesting something it sounded like she was scolding me for not knowing the right name of the product lol. Me as an individual I am all about service and how the store people make me feel regardless to what amount product I am buying. I have been buying stuff from prem electronics since more than a decade now but today’a experience made me feel pathetic and felt like some sales person behave as if they are doing a favour to us selling those products. Even when I told her and the guy on counter that she needs to learn how to talk to customers she again talked back and didn’t listen patiently. I went there to buy a simple converter and this all would have been a simple and good experience but that girl changed the entire image of the shop in my eyes now. I won’t prefer buying from a store where you have such ‘BATTAMEEZ’ sales person.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ After having purchased a few items earlier I got a rude shock when they sold me a substandard item with missing parts. I purchased a light stand cross arm and did not check the complete package in good faith. It turned out substandard and with missing parts. On approaching them the next working day, they claimed I must have misplaced the part. There are some sales people who are rude and unscrupulous. So recommendation is do not buy anything in good faith from them. Please ensure they pack everything in front of you. I am, however, never going to buy anything else from them. A very poor experience.
