★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Online management has made it systematic...service was smooth...social distancing was maintained well...a lot has changed since I last visited any such authority...my DL renewal was approved within 24hrs and received within 7-10 days....very less middlemen involvement...it will be better to provide a photocopy and printing facility inside premises like in passport office.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went for my learner Licence appointment on 17/08/2020, due to pandemic they have given slot wise appointment to a everyone. Genuinely Saying, there is no Social Distancing, Some are wearing mask, some are not. There was a gathering of around 100-150 people at a time at RTO. I went to the counter 2 at 8:50 AM but I got my Learner Licence Process done at 10:30 AM. The Appointment time is 9:30 AM . So Even if they are giving Appointment, they are not serious about that. They doesn't Entertain the Person who has done everything clearly with any bribe or middleman. In Slot of 20 person, only 10 person were able to proceed further on that day. Some are removed for photocopy purpose, some for document purpose. They just want to frustrate the Ordinary People.
Hope that Government will make the Process of Licence smooth like other services of Passport, PAN Card, Aadhar etc.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Can't renew DL issued by other states like Madhya Pradesh here, which could neither be done online....
If not RTO, where else does one go for resolution of such cases ???

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ i would have liked to give zero stars, even negative if possible would not be enough, worst experience, officials here just want to sit back, they don't even look at the documents properly and tell you to go to another counter and the cycle continues. They don't want to listen to your questions or requests or your situation, they just assume what they want to and simply show you the way to another counter. If you try to talk back even a bit , they give you the cold look and simply ignore you. This makes me sick. We make time from our busy schedules for this kind of stuff and this is the treatment we get, not everybody has plenty of time to play this counter-to-counter game with them, they just don't want to work. Well, nothing will change from me writing this review, still it better be done rather than not.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ poor service my learning test postponed due to server failure and I have to re-exam after 3 months now I have applied for DL fo4m filled fees submitted but I couldn't getting slots for driving test. now they've said that I have to apply for learning again

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This License Authority is well managed and clean. It has appropriate staff in control. Don't parl your vehicle anywhere outside gates there is no parking zone. You can park your vehicle on opposite, there is learning ground over there in which you can park.
