Around this chamber there are often other structures and buildings, in the largest cases covering several acres. On the exterior, the garbhagriha is crowned by a tower-like shikhara, also called the vimana in the south.

Krishan ji here in Panipat and established the Shri Prem Mandir in Panipat City. Recently during Feb 9th to 13th Shri Prem Mandir celebrated its 100th year as Shatabdi Mahotsav. The function was a great success. A good no. of Saints, from all over India graced the occasion and public from various cities of India was Blessed by their preachings.
