β β β β β My experience with this place is far better than others around. These days shockingly if you get 950 worth fuel by paying rs. 1000, you should thank the pump staff.. such is my experience with other places around this area.

More than just being a βworkerβ the staff has a nice way of talking to client.
If someone is good to talk to, it eases the customers as well.
Thereβs an In and Out store right here in the premises itself.
Just one negative, the toilet can be maintained better.

β β β β β I have been regular at this station for fuel, shopping & servicing. I have been getting my car serviced here every year for last 5 years but the last servicing I got done on 29th Aug20 left a very bad taste & probably will be the last visit to their service station. The in-charge Deepak has no manners & common sense. I picked my car in the evening after getting a call that servicing is done, there was a strange foul smell in it. On inquiring, I was told that my mats are wet & I need to get them dry cleaned. I couldnt understand that why I need to them get dry cleaned separately when I hv given my car for servicing & its their responsibility to fix it. Anyhow, Deepak told me if smell doesnt go away then I can come next day & he will see what can be done. Since I had to go for some work, my wife drove the car back to home. When I reached home, I was told that not only mats but all my door fabrics, handrest etc are completely wet with water oozing out of them. Since it was late in the evening, I decided to go next day but on Sunday also I couldnt step out of home due to some pers work. On 31st, monday morning, when I went to him to highlight this issue, he started arguing & putting blame on me that I must hv left the car windows all open & it must be due to rain. His non-sensical arguement left me in so much anger that I would hv thrashed him there & then. Instead of accepting his mistake & apologising, I was told that it must be due to my carelessness. Inspite of telling him that I'm not here for refund or claim, just want a solution to it, he didnt budge. People around him realised but he didnt. I called the owner of the station & on phone he understood the problem & asked me to visit him in the evening but eventually didnt respond when I messaged him in the evening to make sure he's there when I visit him nor I got any call back from him despite leaving my phone no. in message & on the bill. I will sincerely advise to refrain from getting yr car serviced here as the team is not at all professional & ethical. The arrogance will not take them far.

β β β β β very good pump, petrol quality is good .. Dsm show 0 before starting filling... less waiting during rush... every type of pament mode... servicing also available and in out store and live kitchen is also there . in short we will have all in one at one place... staff is also good

Not very much crowded
Allot of workers to help and guide
Must try if ever going to lajpat and all that way

β β β β β Donβt take your eyes off the staff when youβre paying in cash. I made the mistake of looking away and was told I gave 2500rs when I counted 3500rs. I ended up
paying 1000rs extra because I couldnβt do anything about it and started to doubt myself and didnβt want to create a scene.
