★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Prem Vatika Farm House is too good for birthday party, merriage party and etc. Toilet are cleaned and ready to use but on stairs. Space is limited for four wheeler parking but two wheeler parking a lot. parking is inside is available inside and outside too.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good enough for a gathering of 500-700 pax. If you can overlook the below stated cons.
1. Below average staff contradictory to the owners.
2. Shabby toilets with open drainage which runs downs along the approach to the entrance. And the fragrant clogged drains outside just adds to it's charm.
3. In the rooms there, you'll be overwhelmed with the warm welcome by the resident mosquitoes. A drain from the cleaning area runs besides them and some of the windows has broken pane so it's something very hard to fix.
4. Veranda where the mandap is setup, is an architectural failure as it's is half a feet below the rest of veranda and with the same colour marble used it can prove fatal to many.
5. The setup of the stage is at unnecessary height, making it hard for the photographers to operate smoothly.
6. In my opinion design theme is way to loud for people who like everything sophisticated but I guess Agra has its different opinion as most of the banquets there are like this only.
